Columbus Logistics joins the United Nations Global Compact: a commitment to Sustainability

We are pleased to announce that Columbus Logistics has officially joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. This significant step strengthens our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices, contributing to a better future for all.

Founded in 2000, the Global Compact invites companies to align their operations with Ten Universal Principles concerning human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, while also supporting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our General Manager, Stefano Bianconi, states: “Columbus firmly believes in the importance of making a concrete contribution to the preservation of our planet and its inhabitants. We are excited to embark on this journey alongside thousands of virtuous companies, and we are confident that this will be a valuable opportunity for dialogue and improvement.”

Joining the Global Compact is a significant step in reinforcing our commitment to sustainable business practices and actively contributing to the SDGs. We will keep you updated on our progress and new initiatives undertaken for a more sustainable future.
