In 2022 Columbus decides to draw up its First Sustainability Plan, to further strengthen its commitment to the planet and its inhabitants.   The work is the result of mutual discussion and stimulation between the company and its main stakeholders, primarily employees, customers and suppliers.   In defining the sustainable development objectives on which to focus, the Group has decided to draw inspiration from the so-called '5 P's of sustainable development' and to focus in particular on the three most applicable in its sphere of action, which are:     PLANET - PEOPLE - PARTNERSHIP      Columbus contributes to the achievement of 8 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined within the United Nations 2030 Agenda, which represent one of the main international benchmarks for sustainable development.    In defining the Sustainability Plan, the Sustainable Development Goals to which the Group can contribute most were identified, which are: 2 (Zero Hunger), 4 (Quality Education), 7 (Clean and Affordable Energy), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), 13 (Acting for the Climate), 15 (Life on Earth), 17 (Partnership for the Goals)   See the Sustainability Plan 2022-2030
